I understand that life happens and schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please try to do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. If that is not possible, please let me know as soon as you can at least 5 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 5 hours notice may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows will have a 50% fee, and a deposit may be required for future bookings. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time reserved just for you.
